Shipping and Delivery
We mail your plants via Courier Post within New Zealand.
Orders for hoyas/other plants are dispatched every MONDAY (except public holidays)
You will be sent a notification email when your order is shipped. Use the tracking number in your notification email to track your order's progress.
Please select the appropriate shipping option for your order for faster handling and transaction. Thank you!
$8.50 - Parcel bag: non rural areas (North and South Island)
North Island rates:
$11.50 to $12.50 - Express (overnight) urban areas, shipping est. 1 business day. This shipping method is limited to 1 - 2 plants plus merchandise items.
$22.50 - rural areas up to 3kg, shipping est. 3 business days.
South Island rates:
$20.00 - South Island, urban areas up to 3kg.
For rural delivery weighing more than 3kg - furhter cost might occur.
Further costs might incur depending on the size of the order/plants. The seller will contact you if further payments are needed to safely fit and ship your item/s. Please select the correct shipping method carefully.
Returns and Refunds
We guarantee the quality of our plants - we make sure every plant leaves us in ideal condition. We will replace or refund any plants that do not arrive in good condition.
We also offer replacements or refunds, for plants that become ill, for 30 days after the day of dispatch. Provided the replacement or refund meets the requirements listed in our Terms and Conditions. Please note, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement shipping.
If you have a problem with your order, including as a result of delayed shipping: You need to let us know by email or within 48 hours of delivery, and supply photo evidence of the issue via email firstname.lastname@example.org
